In the midnight city of New Light, a place home to the nocturnal beastmen called ‘Puer Lunae,’ trouble is afoot as cannibalized bodies start showing up in their waterways. As the cases begin to pile up, a mysterious human girl appears in bandages with a trail of blood, adding one more mystery to the growing pile.
